Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Accompaniments: Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients 
1 Large sweet potato (more depending on amount of fries)

olive oil to coat fries

salt, pepper, garlic salt & paprika to taste

Instructions 
Peel sweet potatoe and cut into 1/4 inch slices and then into wide strips.

Toss with just enough olive oil to coat and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt and paprika.

LIne a baking pan with parchment paper (or foil sprayed with Pam). Spread the potatoes in a single layer and bake at 450 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes until tender and starting to brown.
