Appetizers & Sorbets: Grapefruit & Campari Sorbet
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups red grapefruit juice
¼ cup Campari
Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Add grapefruit juice and Campari. Chill about 1 hour. Freeze in ice cream maker. Transfer to an airtight container and put in freezer to harden.
