Recipe of the Month – June 2018
Accompaniments: Mae Rose Cocktail
A rif on the classic Nagroni, this cocktail is light and refreshing with a hint of grapefruit. While there are lots of variations, this particular recipe came from bon appetit. Great for summer sipping.
1.5 ounces gin
1 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 ounce Campari
1/2 ounce Pamppplemousse (grapefruit liquere
Mix all in cocktail shaker with plenty off ice and stir until very cold (shaker should be frosted.
Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
