Appetizers & Sorbets: Prosecco Grapecicles
Fun addition to a buffet table or picnic. Easy to make and very refreshing.
1/2 pound red grapes
1/2 pound green grapes
1/2 bottle Prosecco
1 cup vodka
small bamboo skewers
Soak the grapes in the Prosecco and vodka for 2-4 hours, drain, place four grapes on a skewer, alternating colors and freeze overnight.
