Appetizers & Sorbets: Texas Caviar

Ingredients 
3 cans black eyed peas drained
2 green peppers, 3 bunches green onions, jalapeno peppers to taste, 1 small red onion, all finely chopped
1 large bottle Italian salad dressing

Instructions 
Mix all the ingredients, taste and add more jalapenos if needed.

Marinate at least 24 hours.

Serve with nacho chips.

Will keep up to one month in refrigerator.
